SANCTUARY LOUISIANA

For decades, Lee Mallett has been dedicated to building Southwest Louisiana, but what most people don’t know is his unwavering commitment to bettering the people in the community where he lives. For almost a decade, Lee has worked with troubled and addicted men to get them clean and sober and make them a valuable part of our daily lives. The reason behind this commitment is very personal and serves as a constant motivation for Lee Mallett to be a part of finding a solution to a disease that destroys families and lives forever.

VETERANS FUN DAY

Lee Mallett, CEO & Founder of Mallett Buildings, hosts Veterans Fun Day to show his appreciation to the people that honor our country.

THE AVENUE OF FLAGS

It’s an honor and a privilege to donate a building to the wonderful Avenue of Flags organization.

In January of this 2019, about 1,100 flag poles were stolen from them. After we heard about that, it was a no-brainier to provide them a safe and secure place to keep all of their equipment!

We believe in investing in our community!

MCNEESE COWBOYS

College athletics are not only a past time, but a passion for most!

The McNeese Athletic Foundation had its return of the Gatsby Gala. As a part of the auction portion of the night Mr. Mallett and Mallett Buildings donated over $23,000. His generosity and continued support for McNeese State University will serve the student athletes, coaches, and support staff well into the future.

We are dedicated to building a better Louisiana!

ST. NICHOLAS CENTER FOR CHILDREN

Lee Mallett may be known for his construction of buildings, but helping organizations like the St. Nicholas Center for Children is what makes him proud. One in 68 children born will be diagnosed with Autism. Every donation given to the St. Nicholas Center can directly affect a family in our community.

In August 2019, Lee Mallett sponsored and attended the annual Seersucker and a Solitaire fundraiser for the St. Nicholas Center for Children. While there, he donated $29,000 on live auction items.

IOWA HIGH SCHOOL

The town of Iowa, LA will always hold a special place in Lee Mallett’s heart. He loves giving back to his hometown, especially the school.

Lee Mallett and Mallett Buildings sponsor the Iowa Basketball Tournament every years. Recently, Lee Mallett donated batting cages and a field house to the baseball team. Lee Mallett is always working to build a better bayou state!

PARTNERS IN PARKS

At Mallett Buildings, we invest in our community by getting involved. Partners in Parks is an initiative by the City of Lake Charles and the Community Foundation of Southwest Louisiana. In August of 2019, upgrades where made to Drew Park in downtown Lake Charles as a part of Partners in Park. Lee Mallett is a proud donor to making our bayou state more beautiful.

BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS

Lee Mallett at Big Brothers Big Sisters MADE our night by coming to watch the McNeese Basketball game with us!

“When children and teens have the influence of a caring adult, they are more likely to avoid risky behaviors and to focus on academics. We currently have over 30 SWLA children waiting to be matched with a Big Brother or Big Sister. Are YOU the one who will defend their potential?”

BUILDING A BETTER BAYOU STATE
